Reinventandosi è Re(f)Use Lab - Restart from Re(f)Use Lab

Reinventandosi questa volta si veste di sociale.

Tra due giorni, infatti, giovedì 18 ottobre, verrà inaugurato a None, in provincia di Torino, un progetto che rientra perfettamente nell’animo del mio Blog. Tale progetto è in realtà un laboratorio sistematico dal nome Re(f)Use Lab.

È ideato ed organizzato da Opereaperte, inedita rete sistemica di imprese tutte piemontesi, e ha come obiettivo quello di re-cuperare e ri-costruire oggetti ormai in disuso, abbandonati. A prima vista, quindi, potrebbe sembrare un progetto di tipo ecologico. Lo è. Ma non solo. Il recupero verrà fatto da persone in difficoltà e che stanno seguendo un percorso di riabilitazione psichiatrica o stanno guarendo da patologie di dipendenza. Proprio per questo, all’interno di Re(f)Use Lab, ci sarà non solo un’équipe di artisti e designer, ma anche di psicologi ed artisti. E' un progetto quindi anche sociale.

Gli oggetti in disuso verranno poi venduti al pubblico e ricorderanno che tutti possono avere un seconda possibilità: attraverso il re-styling ed il re-design, chi parteciperà potrà recuperare le proprie capacità manuali e creative.

Il coinvolgimento della realtà della riabilitazione è opera del Progetto du Parc di Torre Pellice e Blu Acqua di Torino, quella dell’arredamento di Galliano Habitat ed, infine, fondamentale è stato anche il contributo scientifico del Politecnico di Torino, in particolare del corso di laurea in design sistemico.

Quindi, per tutti i torinesi o residente nelle zone limitrofe oppure ancora per i turisti in zona, l’appuntamento è questo giovedì 18 ottobre negli spazi di Galliano Habitat, in via Sestriere 33 a None.

In fact, this Thursday in None (Turin) will be openeda project that fits perfectly with the soul of my blog.  This project is actually a systematic laboratory named Re(f)Use Lab. It is conceived and organized by Opereaperte, unpublished systemic network of companies from Piedmont,  and aims to recoup and re-re-construct objects into disuse, abandoned. At first glance, then, it might seem a project environmentally friendly. It is. But not only. The recovery will be made by people in need and who are following a course of psychiatric rehabilitation or are recovering from diseases of addiction. For this reason, in Re (f) Use Lab, there will be not only a team of artists and designers, but also psychologists and artists. Objects no longer in use will be sold to the public, and remember that everyone can have a second chance through the re-styling and re-design, those who participate will be able to recover their manual and creative skills. It is thank to Parc Torre Pellice and Blue Water of Turin for the rehabilitation aspect; Galliano Habitat is thinking about the artist one and, finally, it is also fundamental the scientific contribution of the Turin's Polytechnic, in particular the degree course in System Design. So for all who lives in Turin or in the surrounding areas or even for tourists, the appointment is this Thursday, October 18 in the spaces Galliano Habitat, in Sestriere 33 to None.
